Safety Information
Please remain in your trucks unless in designated safe areas.
Truck drivers must have a single RFID tag mounted on the exterior of the truck, specifically the mirror bracket. Improper placement of the tag inside the truck may result in RFID read failures, leading to unnecessary delays at the terminal.
Gate Information
You can now book your export drop-off appointments up to two working days in advance. Please check the scheduling guide on our Truck Appointment System page for more information.
Drivers must have a COMPLETE ticket to exit the terminal. Use our EIR Enquiry app to reprint tickets.
Please merge your appointments before entering the OCR sheds (pre-gate).
Appointments cannot be managed after the 1-hour appointment window.
Please check container status before booking your import pickup appointments. Review container status using Container Watchlist.
